A proper old-fashioned
Slow & Low Rock & Rye is a bottled and canned rye old-fashioned. Straight rye whiskey, rock candy, raw honey, angostura bitters and orange peel. 84 proof and extra dry - the equivalent of 1 sugar cube per 2 oz serve.
100% Straight Rye Whiskey • Real Lemon Juice • Yuzu • Sweet Orange • Oroblanco Grapefruit • 10% ABV • 200ml

¾ oz (22.5ml) Italian Sweet Vermouth
2 oz (60ml) Slow & Low Rock & Rye
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Glass: Cocktail
Garnish: Orange Peel (express and discard), 2 Maraschino Cherries on a pick.
Method: Measure all ingredients into a frozen mixing glass, then add ice. Stir to chill and properly dilute. Strain into a frozen cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange peel expressed over the top of the drink and then discard.

1 Orange Peel for garnish
Glass: Double Old-Fashioned
Garnish*: Orange Peel expressed over the top of the drink, and peel placed into glass.
*OPTIONAL- If you like extra bitters in your old-fashioned, we recommend adding 2 dashes of Angostura bitters.
Method: Measure into a double old-fashioned glass over a large 2" x 2" cube of ice…. Or whatever ice you have! Stir to chill and dilute. Garnish. Enjoy!

1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Glass: Double Old-Fashioned
Garnish: Orange Wheel
Method: Measure all ingredients into a short shaker tin, then add ice. Cap shaker and shake to properly chill and aerate the cocktail. Uncap shaker, and strain over fresh ice into a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a slice of orange.
